HI, I'M ADRIENNE CORNA

I'm passionate about supporting personal transformation.

My life's work of facilitating healing and empowerment is a product a my personal research, experiences, and exploration of alternative health therapies.

Through it all, the most important lesson I’ve learned is that personal health, wellness, and happiness begins with love. We must learn to love ourselves, accept others’ love for us, and love others in order to truly heal.

I became a certified yoga teacher in 2011 through Anamaya Resort in Costa Rica. This practice lead me to John F. Barnes in 2012 when I attended my first Myofascial Release seminar.  I immediately knew that I found the next step to enhance my practice and immersed myself in practice. A skilled MFR Practitioner is inherently a coach; so I decided to deepen my skills and study to be a life coach. I attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where I earned my certificate in Holistic Health Coaching. I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University in design.

I have served my country for over 12 years as a member of the United States Army. I've had the honor to serve in the role of Drill Sergeant, Honor Guard State Trainer and Master Resilience Trainer. I am honored to partner with my clients on their healing journey and treat each individual with the same degree of loyalty, dedication, and professionalism as the Soldiers I train.
